She integrates value-oriented techniques into her work, encouraging clients to explore their unique strengths and qualities. With a firm belief that therapy is not just about diagnoses or a "one-size-fits-all" approach, Dulce tailors her treatment to meet each client’s individual needs. She recognizes the vital role that connection plays in the healing process, and she strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can address their deepest concerns, overcome challenges, and emerge feeling empowered.
Her warm, playful approach makes her especially effective when working with children and adolescents. Dulce excels at putting young clients at ease, helping them feel more secure and less anxious. She also supports parents by enhancing family communication and teaching children healthy ways to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional difficulties. By strengthening the family unit, Dulce fosters long-term resilience, reducing the need for ongoing therapy.
