Dr. Tracy Rosberg is a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked at the Fulton Psychological Group since 2005. She earned her doctoral degree, with Honors, in 1995 from the APA-accredited school, the California School of Professional Psychology - San Diego. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center. Her publications, focusing on the neurocognitive aspects of mental illnesses, have appeared in a number of psychiatric journals, including peer-reviewed publications.
Dr. Rosberg’s clinical experiences have taken place in a variety of settings including: family and child guidance centers; outpatient clinics; public schools; college counseling centers; psychiatric hospitals; and residential treatment centers. She has extensive training and experience treating adults, teens, adolescents, and children with an array of psychological and emotional issues including: women’s health issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family and relationship conflicts, and personality disorders. Dr. Rosberg also offers parent counseling in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Parent counseling can be an effective means of facilitating positive changes for varying parental concerns such as decreasing their child’s anxiety or behavioral issues while increasing listening, coping skills, and communication.
Dr. Rosberg utilizes research-supported modes of therapy while integrating her own experiences as a parent and stepparent to her five children, including a set of twins. With adults and children alike, therapy can be used to reduce anxiety and dissatisfaction while increasing one’s self-concept, confidence, ability to make sound judgments, and the capacity to create more fulfilling relationships. Although therapy is tailored to each person, the ultimate goal is to increase quality of life.
